The Founder, Mr. Fay Wahid, brought with him a wealthy experience in hospitality industry specializing in Sales and Marketing as well as General Manager around the globe. Born and raised with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts over 15 plus years after finishing Hotel Management study at Sekolah TInggi Pariwisata Bali had influenced both vision and personality
over hospitality industry. The given company culture has always been an inspiration in delivering work result thus service passion and customer satisfaction became identity since. Apart from
the front end, development and growth of the resources are believed as two main priorities in improving and retaining company’s value, reputation and integrity. Equipped with a dedicated
1 full year of corporate management development program had given the opportunity to grow maturely, gain self-confidence and desire to
experience more responsibilities. All these have become the successful elements in assuming different positions after. This was proven in 2014 when immediately successful holding position
of Head of Operation prior to become a Hotel Manager in the following year. On board with Hideaway Villas Bali since end of first quarter of 2018 providing wide opportunity to grow and
develop with different style of management however absolutely encouraging with a warm and very live environment. The keys will remain as teach, lead, coach and communicate!

I am a reliable team player who collaborates seamlessly with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Rosma's career in the hospitality industry began with a solid educational foundation. She graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia, where she gained in-depth knowledge of tourism and management. This strong academic background paved the way for her remarkable journey in the field.
Her professional career started at Duty-Free Shop, where she dedicated nine years to excellence. As a Sales Counter representative, she played a crucial role in achieving sales targets, managing stock, and handling cashiering responsibilities. This experience honed her ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop a keen eye for sales operations.
Eager to expand her expertise, Rosma transitioned into the hotel industry, taking on a sales role where she further refined her ability to understand guest needs and deliver top-tier service. Her exposure to multiple aspects of hospitality enabled her to develop a well-rounded approach to guest satisfaction.
With a passion for continuous learning and a drive to explore new opportunities, she advanced into the sales division. She took on the role of Offline Sales at New Kuta Hotel, followed by a position in government sales at various hotels. Her commitment to excellence and love for the hospitality industry fuel her enthusiasm for meeting people from around the world and continuously learning—because, as she believes, life never stops teaching.
Zainah, S.Pd., is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background in language and communication. She graduated from Universitas Negeri Medan with a degree in French Language Education. Although her academic focus was on education, she chose to build a career in the hospitality industry, where she has gained extensive experience in e-commerce over the past nine years.
Throughout her career, Zainah has developed expertise in digital marketing, online sales management, and optimizing hotel presence across various e-commerce platforms. She has successfully handled online distribution channels, pricing strategies, and digital campaigns to maximize revenue and visibility for the hotels she has worked with. Her ability to analyze market trends, implement effective promotional strategies, and enhance customer engagement has contributed significantly to business growth.
With a strong foundation in language skills, communication, and digital strategy, Zainah brings a unique perspective to the hospitality sector. Her adaptability and commitment to continuous learning have allowed her to stay ahead in the fast-evolving digital landscape, making her a valuable asset in the industry.
